RU - Le Monument aux Morts de Bénévent et Charbillac est très récent et fut érigé entre 2000 et 2014.

Petite commune du bocage champsaurin à l'habitat très dispersé, il fut fait choix de construire le monument près du cimetière des Trois Croix ; le site avait avantage d'être neutre, proche du centre géographique et dominant l'ensemble de la commune.

Une solide stèle de granit gris porte les noms des soldats morts lors de la guerre 1914-1918 ainsi que celui des 2 morts du second conflit mondial et celui du mort de la guerre d'Algérie.
