14-04-1916 => Classé service auxiliaire par la commission de réforme de Briançon pour trépanation du frontal et troubles consécutifs

23-11-1917 => Reconnu définitivement inapte aux Armées par la Commission de réforme de Briançon

Citation le 01-10-1917 à l'ordre du 33° Corps d'Armée => Modèle de dévouement, s'est distingué par 2 fois devant Souchez. D'abord lors de l'attaque du 9 mai 1915, pui le 17 juin 1915 où il a été grièvement blessé en traversant un terrain violemment bombardé pour se porter au secours de son officier qui venait de tomber.
